Doing well at work. Losing ground at home.

Most of the men I work with say a version of the same thing the first time we talk. "The business is fine. I'm not happy. And I don't know what's going on." I help you find out, and fix it.

Book a Free 20-Minute Conversation

Free. About 20 minutes. Its only purpose is to find out whether I can help.

Jack Borkowski, seated, in a blue suit against a dark background, looking into the camera.

Three years ago I lost my business and my relationship in the same year. I went and did the work myself, and came out the other side.

Since then:

  • Three marriages that were ending, and didn't.

  • Doctors and C-level executives have hired me.

  • A therapist hired me to work on her own marriage.

What men at your level don't say out loud

That the thing you built is now the thing holding you in place. That you hit the targets you set years ago and nobody told you what comes next. That you already know what needs to happen, and you have known for months.

None of that is a character flaw. It is what happens when the plan you made at thirty stops fitting the man you are now, and nobody around you is in a position to say it to your face.

Who I Help

Men with real achievements and real responsibilities, who have lost momentum

You are not starting from nothing. That is usually what makes it harder to talk about.

  • At home

It has gone quiet. She has stopped telling you things, or she has said the thing you did not want to hear, and you cannot work out how you got here. You are in the house and not really in the room.

  • At work

It runs, and you are good at it. You have also stopped caring. Every decision still goes through you, and the thing you built is now the thing holding you in place.

  • In your own head

You used to decide fast and live with it. Now you turn the same question over for weeks. You already know what needs to happen. The gap between knowing and doing is where the work is.

How I Help

Four things, in this order

What is actually true, what you are going to decide, what you do daily, and whether you keep moving when it stops being interesting.

  • Clarity

Separate the situation from the story you have built around it. Most men arrive with an accurate summary of the wrong problem.

  • Decisions

Name the trade-offs out loud, choose, and own the choice. An unmade decision costs more than a wrong one.

  • Habits

Build the standards and routines that make the decision survivable. Energy, structure, and the self-trust that comes from keeping your word.

  • Action

Move, review honestly, adjust. You get direct feedback, not agreement.

This is mental training and coaching. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or financial advice, and I do not promise results — the work is yours and outcomes depend on what you do. What I provide is clarity, honest pushback, and structure.

The Get Unstuck Process

Five steps

They are not a schedule. They are the order the work tends to take.

  1. Step 1. See Clearly

Get the real picture of where you are: what is working, what you have been avoiding, and what it is costing.

  2. Step 2. Find the Real Problem

The thing you describe first is rarely the thing in the way. We find the one that, if it moved, would move everything else.

  3. Step 3. Decide

Trade-offs named, a decision made, and the cost of it accepted in advance rather than renegotiated every week.

  4. Step 4. Build Yourself Back

Rebuild the standards, routines, and physical baseline that make you someone who can carry the decision.

  5. Step 5. Move Forward

Act, review, correct. Keep going after the initial momentum wears off. That is the part most men skip.

Ways to Work With Me

90 days. One to one.

The first 30 days we meet twice a week. That is where we find what you cannot see yet.

Then we review it together. Most men move to once a week for the final 60 days.

In between, the one minute rule. Send me a voice note any time something comes up. One minute, and be specific. I reply. Most of the time you will hear your own answer in your own recording.

Investment is covered in our first conversation, once we both know it is a fit.

About

Meet Jack

Three years ago I lost my business and my relationship in the same year. I did the work, and it changed how I see everything. Since then I have worked with men going through the same thing, from men in their twenties to doctors and executives.

I trained as a Mental Trainer at the 7Element Institute in Poland.

The work is direct, practical, and focused on helping you see your situation clearly, make decisions you have been avoiding, and follow through on the commitments that matter.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who is this for?

Men who have built something real — a career, a business, a family — and feel stalled, without direction, or without much satisfaction in any of it.

What is the first conversation for?

To find out whether I can help you, and whether working together makes sense at all. Nothing else.

Does the first conversation cost anything?

No. It is free.

How long does it take?

About 20 minutes.

What if it is not a fit?

Then you will hear it directly. Finding that out is the point of the conversation, and a clear no is a useful answer.
